What to expect when booking a chauffeur hire service.

Punctual, professional & personal service – when booking a chauffeur service with Bristol Executive Cars your chauffeur will arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking time. Your chauffeur will be smartly dressed, have a professional manner & be an experienced driver. They will assist you with any luggage and open the doors of the chauffeur car for you. If the weather is not too good they will offer an umbrella whilst going to and from the car.

Are your chauffeurs licensed?

Yes, our chauffeurs are DBS checked and licensed by their local area authority. Alongside this, the chauffeur’s vehicle is licensed by the local area authority.

What type of chauffeur vehicles do you have?

We own a fleet of high-spec Mercedes vehicles – Mercedes E-class / Mercedes S-class / Mercedes V-class. All our chauffeur cars are well maintained and serviced regularly.

What do your chauffeurs wear?

Our chauffeur’s uniform is a dark suit & trousers, a white shirt, and a tie.

Do your vehicles have in-car WiFi?

Yes, all our chauffeur cars have 4G WiFi. Just ask your chauffeur for the details.

Are there refreshments in the vehicle?

Yes, our chauffeur cars are stocked with bottled mineral water. If you would prefer something a little different, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Where will the chauffeur meet me for my return airport transfer?

Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall at all airports, he will be holding a Bristol Executive Cars & Chauffeur Hire sign with your name on it or your clients – If desired we can hold custom signboards with your companies logo or name on if required. Book an Airport Transfer

Will the chauffeur help me with my cases?

Yes, our chauffeurs will assist you with your luggage when he arrives to collect you and will assist with your cases on your return journey.
